Our Services
ReadyHands Lakewood Concrete provides professional concrete installation, repair, and maintenance services for residential and commercial properties in Lakewood, WA and surrounding areas.
We offer quotes for all projects, but actual pricing may vary based on site conditions, materials needed, and project complexity discovered during the job.
Booking and Scheduling
When you request a service, we will provide you with an estimated timeline. We do our best to stick to schedules, but weather, material availability, and unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays.
If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours notice. Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee to cover our preparation costs.
Payment Terms
We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the remaining balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
For larger projects, we may set up a payment schedule based on project milestones. All payment terms will be clearly outlined in your project agreement.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring any necessary permits are obtained before we begin. You should also mark any underground utilities or inform us of their locations.
Please keep children and pets away from the work area for their safety. Fresh concrete needs time to cure properly, so follow our instructions about when it is safe to use.
Our Warranty
We stand behind our work. Our installations come with a warranty that covers defects in workmanship. The specific warranty period depends on the type of service and will be detailed in your project agreement.
Normal wear and tear, damage from improper use, or issues caused by ground settling or extreme weather events are not covered by our warranty.
Limitations
We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked, damage to landscaping that occurs due to necessary equipment access, or delays caused by weather or circumstances beyond our control.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We maintain proper insurance coverage for your protection.
Disputes
If you have any concerns about our work, please contact us immediately. We want to make things right and will work with you to resolve any issues.
These terms are governed by the laws of Washington State. Any disputes will be resolved in Pierce County courts.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
